A mellow and gentle yoga class, with more focus on breathing, alignment and a slower pace to move through classical yoga postures. More emphasis on meditation, breathing exercises and traditional style yoga postures.

This is a meditative and slow yoga class. We combine elements of Yin & Restorative yoga designed to alleviate stress and tension in the body. We will target flexibility, joint health and stretching through seated and lying down postures

Focused on building a solid foundation and personal practice, perfect for beginners. The focus of the class is on alignment, technique and fostering your own foundations in yoga. Expect a mellow pace, more queuing and teaching.

A dynamic class with a faster pace and focus on bringing more strength, a bit of heat and movement into the body. Expect flowing sequences, with strong postures and a good dose of flexibility and breath-aware movement.
